Le montant du diff\u00e9rentiel de taux d&rsquo;int\u00e9r\u00eat est simplement la diff\u00e9rence entre votre taux actuel et le taux appliqu\u00e9 sur le produit ayant une dur\u00e9e similaire \u00e0 la dur\u00e9e restante de votre terme.<\/p>\n<p>Donc diff\u00e9rentiel x dur\u00e9e restante x solde restant = la p\u00e9nalit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Il est surprenant de voir quels taux la banque utilise pour calculer la diff\u00e9rence, qu&rsquo;elle utilise le taux affich\u00e9 ou le taux r\u00e9el.
